Dr. Samir Sabry the lawyer entrusted by Rakia Sadat, the daughter of former Egyptian President Anwar Sadat has submitted a complaint to the Deputy General Counsel Abdel Meguid Mahmoud against the ousted President Hosni Mubarak, former Housing Minister as Hasballah Kafrawi an deputy chairman of al Tagamu party Abul-Ezz al-Hariri. She requested an investigation into the 1981 assassination of President Sadat. This is the first time Mubarak is accused by Sadat family in involvement in the assassination of Anwar Sadat.
