Rodolphe E. Samuel

Governor Eugene Holiday (left) administered the oath of newly-appointed Member of Parliament Rodolphe E. Samuel of the National Alliance (NA). The oath was taken at the office of the Governor's Cabinet in Harbour View in the presence of Prime Minister Sarah Wescot-Williams and Samuel's family.
