The Army and Police riot squads have been deployed in the Chilaw town to prevent any demonstrations by fishermen agaisnt the fuel price increase.
Fishermen have gathered in Chilaw awating the return of their representatives who have come to Colombo for a meeting with Fisheries Minister Dr. Rajitha Senaratne.
