At least 21 persons were injured, six seriously when a state-owned passenger bus rammed head on into an oncoming lorry at Buttala-Badalkumbura in the Mongerala District earlier today, police said. They said the victims were staff attached to the Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB) bus depot at Badulla and were returning home after work. Police said the driver of the lorry has been arrested and will be produced before courts tomorrow.
