Motorists on the RN7 driving between Cole Bay and Bellevue, Marigot may well be wondering about the purpose of the flags flying at the side of the road. The flags have been put up by the St. Martin Tourism Office and the Collectivit� to welcome delegates to the Caribbean Tourism Organisation's (CTO) first State of the Industry Conference to be held on the island from September 14-17. The flags represent all the CTO-member countries as well as islands attending the conference, and provide a colourful backdrop to Bellevue.
