While many motorists on Tuesday thought the work on the Indigo Bay road was in preparation for a traffic detour through Cay Bay, it was clarified to this newspaper that the concrete work is not associated with any government project to create a detour. It is simply part of the infrastructure associated with the Indigo Bay project. Government has not taken a decision about the detour through the property.
